Supply Side Economics Crushed Middle Class Families

Post-WWII and Great Depression, the U.S. economy roared and the Top Marginal Tax (TMT) rate on the MOST WEALTHY was over 90%. JFK dropped TMT rate to around 73%. In 1980 Ron Reagan was elected promising to cut TMT rate. He did, and TMT rate was slashed over his 8 years in office to 28% on incomes over $29,750 — lowest this rate had been since 1925.

And, now, EVERYONE can see the results: EXPLOSION in government debt (above left), while the MOST WEALTHY became obscenely rich holding over $105 TRILLION in wealth (above right). Boomers could easily pay off the debt and still rocket to Mars.

Supply Side Economics put trillions of dollars into the hands of the wealthy, while they moved factories, production and purchasing to China. Globalization destroyed the robust Middle Class that had blossomed post-WWII.

And as the Middle Class collapsed, families demanded more and more public services. Tax revenues failed to keep pace, as demands on government rose to fill gaps created by loss of job income.

And here we are today. Boomers hold over $105 TRILLION in wealth; government (taxpayers) are strapped with $31 TRILLION in debt. Only 25% of Americans can expect to share in the inheritance. This massive wealth is concentrated in the pockets of the few. Current tax rules exempt about $13.6M inheritance from federal income taxes. You likely will never receive such a gift. Their kids will.

Elon Musk, Trump and MAGA now want to dramaticaly cut government programming, which will further collapse Middle Class families. Trump also plans to tag imports with tariffs, which will raise prices for Middle Class families. Trump plans to deport millions of illegal farm and construction workers, which will further raise costs of food and housing for Middle Class families.

Trump promises to RETURN manufacturing to provide high-paying jobs to Americans again. Prices will be higher for everyone in this process. Maybe some better paying jobs will return; maybe not. Revitalizing manufacturing however will take at least 5-10 years and only help a small segment of society. Elon Musk warned of pain. Trust Elon on this promise.

Elon Musk Misleads the Nation

Elon Musk has rocketed to the pinacle of the U.S. power structure. He purchased Twitter, now X, to ensure freedom of speech in political discourse. Elon orchestrated a groundswell of energy weilding the influencial social media platform. Elon promised free speech. Elon lies, as the Wizard will show. Elon violates X Rules. Elon uses his penetrating commentary to mislead followers and the nation. Why should you consider the Wizard of Waikiki to be credible?

My PhD work focused on political science, economics and advanced research statistics. President-elect Trump selected Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswam to serve in his DOGE brigade: Department of Government Efficiency. Kind of a comedic oxymoron! Efficiency and government don't generally go together.

Although I rebutted his claim weeks ago, Elon continues, "government overspending is what causes inflation. If government waste is stopped, there will be no inflation." FALSE

Elon went "full retard." His statement is overly simplistic — like a middle school answer. If avian bird flu decimates the chicken population, prices for eggs and chicken tenders will soar. Has nothing to do with government spending.

Let me be clear. MOST WASTE in government is found in the Pentagon. Most waste in the private sector is in healthcare. Elon would better serve Americans by focusing on improving efficiency in healthcare. Nobody has the cajones to cut Pentagon wasteful spending.

Government by nature is inefficient. Society creates many layers of bureaucracy to prevent or reduce corruption. U.S. military is one example. Nobody claims the Department of Defense is efficient. Instead, we hope that our miltary is an EFFECTIVE force in detering enemies. Consider: we spend billions of dollars on bombs. The purpose is to BLOW UP the bomb. It's all waste!

Elon claims government overspending creates inflation. While there can be many factors that cause inflation in society, government spending or overspending by itself is not a key factor.

I provided a simple example for American voters during the last election:

I showed that "limited supply" causes inflation — not government spending. Specifically, during the COVID19 pandemic, global supply lines were disrupted, businesses and factories were forced to close, and store shelves were empty. In most cases, Americans and the world experiences "transitory hyper-inflation."

Wow!!! Big, fancy words. Consider toilet paper (TP). Due to disruption in supply chains, TP was unavailable for a short time (transitory), and with this limited supply, the prices of TP skyrocketed (hyper-inflation). Government spending, overspending or underspending had nothing to do with this explosion in prices. Elon is lying to Americans.

Correct. Our national debt now exceeds $36 trillion. Correct. Servicing our national debt, i.e., paying the interest each month on our national credit card, does exceed what we spend on our military annually at this time.

However, Elon lies to Americans when he claims "government overspending causes inflation." Americans might suffer greatly when Elon learns the hard way. His austerity plans to dramatically cut government spending are recessionary. Our final approach into a soft landing post-Pandemic economy may well end up like a fiery failed SpaceX mission.

Post-election, millions of X users fled the social media platform to Bluesky. Bluesky is considered now to be a progressive, liberal or home of many Democrats and those on the political Left. Elon wanted X users to know that the X App is number one in downloads at this time.

Elon Musk LIES about Bioweapons

Elon wrote on X (12.18.24), "We’re funding bioweapon labs in this bill!" No. The US government is funding at least "12 regional biocontainment laboratories" for research on dangerous viruses, bacterium or pathogens, such as Avian Bird Flu or other infectious diseases. These are not "bioweapons" but protection against disease that threaten American families.

Elon Musk Is Retarded about USA Schools

Elon is a South African / Canadian who ILLEGALLY immigrated to USA and has NO UNDERSTANDING about USA schools — he's retarded. Elon wants American parents to have more kids. They can't afford them. They are working, and parents aren't available for their keiki. Schools today provide counseling and guidance. Special Education has exploded. Schools use Instructional Aides and additional administrators to assist teachers as class and school sizes have grown.

In a second example, Elon violates the X Rules by supporting 100% the post of Tiffay Fong, "if your boyfriend uses tiktok, you have a girlfriend." Both Elon and Tiffany have attacked male Tiktok users based on their sex or gender.

Elon Musk Suspended My X Account

I didn't call anyone a retard or shame boyfriends. Elon Musk however suspended me. I know it was Elon because I posted a comment along with a graphic of a specifc article to a couple of Elon's posts. I tagged Elon, as my post was complimentary to Elon. Elon's words however criticized Trump.

Now, wait a minute. Elon claimed to have purchased Twitter, now X, because he wanted more Free Speech in America. My post fell within the protections of the First Amendment and the X Rules. It was political; not uncivil; and directed to Don Trump and Election 2024. Elon banned me. Elon Musk lies to Americans.

Elon fully locked me out through the election. Today, 11.28.24, learned I could LOGIN with limitations: (1) can only view Elon's posts, (2) cannot post or like or comment, (3) cannot view messages, my previous posts or replies, and (4) cannot follow others.

Interestingly, at the end of the short scroll, Elon offers me an option to "UNLOCK" more posts by paying to subscribe. Maybe this is Elon's way to force those he considers political enemies or undesirables to pay to use X.
